At 10th Romsey Scout Group, everyone’s welcome – no matter your age or experience. We’ve got something for everyone, from our Squirrels (starting at age 4!) all the way up to Explorers and Young Leaders, covering ages up to 25. It’s all about having fun, making friends, and picking up real-life skills along the way.
We’re based just outside central Romsey, right near the Abbotswood estate. It’s a great spot – and we’re a friendly bunch who believe in giving young people the chance to get stuck in, try new things, and go on some proper adventures.
Our sessions are packed with everything from outdoor fun and teamwork challenges to campfire cooking and learning how to tie the perfect knot. There’s loads to do, and something for everyone – whether you’re a nature-lover, a problem-solver, or just up for a laugh.
And it’s not just for kids – we couldn’t do it without our brilliant adult volunteers. If you fancy helping out, there are all sorts of ways to get involved. You don’t need to have done Scouts before – just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to join in. Whether you want to lead activities or lend a hand behind the scenes, we’d love to have you on board.
Sound good? Whether you’re a parent, a potential volunteer, or a young person ready to jump in – come and see what we’re all about. At 10th Romsey, the adventure’s just getting started.
